I build tools, systems,
and teams.
Operations leader and software builder. I've stood up automation functions, customer success teams, and training programs from the ground up. 20+ shipped projects back that up.
How I Build
Every role, I've built something from the ground up. Here's the pattern.
Build It From the Ground Up
Every role, I've created something that didn't exist: an automation function, a customer success operation, two datacenter teams. I don't wait for a mature playbook. I collaborate to create the playbook.
Build It to Transfer
The measure of what I build is whether it runs without me. Training programs, iOS apps, documented pipelines, knowledge bases. The work keeps paying off under any owner.
Build It to Last
Security mindset, observability, documentation, runbooks. If someone else can't operate it, debug it, and extend it, the job's not done.
